DEPOSIT POLICY
Please note that deposits are non-refundable under ANY circumstances, so please be sure that you can commit to your appointment date and time when booking in. I will be happy to reschedule your appointment once and keep your deposit valid for a new appointment date, provided that you let me know with at least 1 full weeks notice. Rescheduling within 1 week of your appointment date, rescheduling more than once or cancelling the appointment completely will result in a forfeit of deposit

Missed Appointment Policy
To respect the time and effort of our artists, and to ensure availability for all clients
1. Missed Appointment Fee
If you miss your scheduled tattoo appointment without prior notice, you will be billed for 50% of the full session rate.
2. Deposit Forfeiture
In addition to the missed appointment fee:
Your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
3. Billing Process
Missed appointment charges will be invoiced via email and are due within 7 days of the missed session. Failure to pay may result in:
Suspension of future bookings.
Referral to collections if left unpaid.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 30 minutes late or more (with no prior notice) may be considered a no-show and billed accordingly, at the artist’s discretion.
5. Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate reason for missing your appointment, please contact us within 24 hours of the missed session. We may waive the fee in exceptional cases, but this is not guaranteed.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our artists reserve time specifically for you, and missed appointments impact their livelihood and our schedule.
